What are the Transfer mode during the tour?

The Transfer mode during the tour depends on the size of the group and necessary mode of transport needed for particular destination.

How many days should I book my tour?

Vedika Tours recommends to book tour at least 6-9 months in advance.

For Domestic tours, railway booking opens 120 days in advance. Avail booking discounts, various offers, and preferred berth in the coach, only on advance booking.

What are the modes of payment, if I want to book the tour?

Book the tour by paying Cash, Cheque, DD, debit card, credit card or online transfers (NEFT) to make payments.

Do I need to pay the entire tour price at once while booking?

No, there is no need of paying the entire tour amount at-once.

But if you pay the entire tour cost at once, you then are benefited with the discount. But please note that tour can be booked only by paying the minimum booking amount of the particular tour.

Do I need to pay the tour advance?

Yes, for booking, advance is necessary to confirm your tour, but if the payment is not recieved, then the company is not entitled to book any services, tickets, reservations, hotel accommodation, until the full payment is received.

Is there any charges if my transaction fails?

Transaction failures will charge Rs. 500/- as transaction failure fee on the second and each subsequent failed attempt.

If I want to make new passport, will Vedika Tours assist for the same?

Yes, Vedika tours will assist you for issuing the passport.

Do you charge extra Visa or Passport documentation fees?

No, Vedika Tours don’t apply any added extra charge apart from Visa or Passport documentation fees.

Which type of food will be provided during the tour?

Both veg and non-veg food will be provided in the entire tour. No special diet will be provided on any request.

How is the accommodation during the tour?

Vedika Tours selects A Grade hotels having facilities of – Elevator, A.C., Central heating Facility, Power Generators facilities. All such facilities are solely at hotelier’s discretion for every stay during tour. But for the budget tours dormitory will be accommodated (on guest’s request).

Will I get the separate room? Or do I need to share room with other member?

  • Vedika Tours select self-contained Room on Twin or triple Sharing basis for those who are with family members.
  • Individually single person’s Booking in a group tour will get triple bedded Room or as per availability of rooms in concerned Hotel, all individually single guests will have to share room with other single guests, else extra charges will be applicable according to respective hotels, which should be paid on the spot for special room allotment on availability.

Are each room different from each other?

No, every rooms provided to the guests will be having all the services mentioned by Vedika Tours.

But the Room size varies from hotel to hotel. Rooms with attached toilet Bathrooms will be allotted throughout the tour, all other amenities/facilities such as T.V. intercom etc. solely at hotelier’s discretion.

Note that

  • The hotelier might change the sequence of the rooms according to their convenience, but will provide the room having all the features as committed.
  • For customized tour package, guests have to strictly follow check in & check out timings given by the respective hotelier. Early arrivals or late departures are chargeable & all such charges are payable by the passengers before check out of respective Hotel/s.

What is the mode of travel transferal during the tour?

Depending upon the group size for the particular tour, all transfers & sightseeingare done with suitable vehicles A.C. (Buses, Mini tempo, Jeep, Taxi) is arranged as per the availability of the vehicles.

Do I need to walk from the congested area, if the vehicle is not allowed to reach the desired location?

Yes, Vedika Tours will not arrange any vehicle in highly populated areas or no entry areas, restricted areas and all the guests have to walk st least the distance to make their suitable transportation on their own. No expenses or compensation shall be given by the Vedika Tours.

Will transportation for shopping can be arranged?

No transportation will be arranged only for shopping purpose. 

How much time is given for shopping?

Limited time will be given for shopping, and no compensation will be accepted later.

How are the seats allotted during the tour?

During all tours Seat nos. will be allotted on rotation basis. Rotation will be explained by the tour escort during tour. Tour escorts decision will be final for seat allotment & no complaint or  adjustment for seat allotment will be accepted latter.

Can I request for Rail/ Air bookings?

Yes, the guest can request Vedika Tours for rail/air booking but all the additional charges will be included as per the concerned fare, service charges, taxes etc. and shall be payable by the guest. Company does not take the responsibility for particular class’ booking.

Does Vedika Tours Provide the Coolie service?

Vedika Tours do not provide coolie service from any Railway Station, Airport, Bus Stand, and Public Stoppages. The guest have to arrange their own coolie from arrival or departure railway station/aiport to pick up and drop point.

Can I get helpers to load and unload luggage from coach/vehicle to hotel?

The guest will get helpers to load and unload theluggage from vehicle to Hotel Room and vice versa, once a day during the tour. This service is complementary and will not be mandatory for Vedika Tours and hence no complaint shall be accepted, and no compensation will be given.

Can I use safe deposit services during the tour?

Vedika Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal or property during tour and it is advisable not to carry unnecessary valuables during tour. If you still carry valuable things, use safe deposit services on your own expense wherever available.

Can I Order room service at Hotel?

You are free to use Hotel’s Telephone or can order extra eatables/drinks or also can order any available service by paying the cost of the same on your own expense and all such expenses have to be paid on the spot.

Can I incorporate any changes in my travel plan once the booking is done?

Yes, you can modify your booking or travel plan. Certain charges will be applied for any modifications or for cancelling the old booking and making new arrangements.

What does Itinerary consists?

Detailed day to day tour programme, Time Table & required details of the tour. Which will be given to all the guests 10 days before the tour departure.

Can the initial itinerary get change by Vedika Tours?

Vedika Tours reserve the right to change any brochure, Advertisement, information at any time and all such modifications will binding on the tour guests, and customer.

Tour Itinerary, Tour cost, Tour Date, Hotels, vehicles, Railway, Air reservations will subject to alter. Information about all such alterations will be given at appropriate time to the tour guest, and customers.

What to do if I want to cancel the tour?

If the tour guest has to cancel the Tour, the guest has to make a written application along with the booking advance receipt issued by the Vedika Tours and the cancellation will be treated on the cancellation charges as per the received cancellation letter.

What are the cancellation Charges applicable?

Cancellation will be charged on Total Tour Cost mentioned on Initial Tour Programme. If written application receives 45 or more days before the Tour Date – 10 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour Programmed. If written application receives -

  • Between 31 to 46 days before the Tour Date – 20% of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.
  • Between 30 to 15 days before the Tour Date – 30 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.
  • Between 14 to 04 days before the Tour Date – 60 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.
  • Between 01 to 03 days before the Tour Date – 80 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.
  • If written application receives on the Tour Date or on Tour – 100 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.

How Air Ticket cancellation/change in air ticket is charged?

An air ticket cancellation/change in air ticket will cost minimum Rs. 500.00 per person and will be charged by the Vedika Tours, as a penalty for any modifications in the airline reservation or adjustments to make after the ticket is issued by the ticketing agency.  Other penalties may also apply and these will vary by ticketing agency, fare category, and airline. Specific cancellation terms & penalties are available upon request.

Is refund for cancelled airline tickets guaranteed?

Refunds for cancelled airline tickets are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of the ticketing agency and/or airline used and are dependent on fare category.

Does tour get cancelled by Vedika Tours before the departure date?

Vedika Tours reserves right to cancel any tour prior to departure without giving reason, also will return the full amount collected against booking of such tour and all such refund will be made without interest. All such refund will be made by account payee cheque (cross cheque) against receipt only and no compensation will be applicable in any case.Cancellation Charges for Air/Rail reservations are applicable as per the rules of Airlines/Railways. Any refund payable will be given to the guest after receipt of refund from respective Airlines/Railways. After deducting the processing charges.

Will I get refund if I don’t use the service?

No refund will be made for any unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation segments, cruise portions, sightseeing tours or any other unused service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchanged with other guests.

Do I need to submit photographs during or after the tour/event?

Vedika Tours have all the rights to take the photographs from the guest during the tour/event and use photographs for the promotional purposes.

Will my reservation get cancelled if I don’t make the booking as per the schedule?

If the balance payment for booking is not made per the schedule above for ANY reason, reservations are treated as cancelled without possibility of any refund. The bookings for train/flight are taken on the rates valid at the time of reservation and may change at the time of departure. In case, if the tariff increases at the time of travel, the new tariff will be applicable and billed back to the passenger.

Does payment of the booking against any tour be deposited?

Payment of booking amount against any tour(s) or reservation(s) does not imply rendering of any service and no services will be provided based solely upon this deposit. Payment of booking amount guarantees rendering of purchased services once full paymentis received by Vedika Tours as per the Terms and Conditions. All reservations are non-transferable to anyone under any circumstance and are subject to cancellation without notice if payment is not made. In such a case, no refunds (partial or fullpayment) are due back to the guest.

How is Payment accepted?

Payments are accepted by bank transfer, or check drawn in favor of “Vedika Tours”.

Do we need to pay extra for Airline and Railway Tickets?

All airline & Railway tickets charges are always extra payable & paid by cheque or cash. Please contact Vedika Tours for alternative payment methods.

Who is responsible if any legal fee or payment is not received?

Guests are responsible for any and all legal/collections fees associated with all collections matters in case the payment is not received.

Will I get refund if I call the entire or part of the tour with no-show?

In the event of a no-show for all or part of a tour, this will be treated as a cancellation and the 100% cancellation penalty remains in effect, and no refunds, either full or partial, will be due back to the guests.

Will the Change of date/occupancy/name/schedule within same tour possible?

Change of date/occupancy/name/schedule WITHIN SAME TOUR may be possible if requested up to 65 days before the scheduled tour. For certain tours, change of date/name/occupancy/schedule will NOT be possible. Change of date /occupancy /name /schedule is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the company.

Will the tour conduct after the deposit payment collected even though the number of guests gets reduced?

Reduction of guests after the deposit payment collected is considered a cancellation of the full tour and is subject to the cancellation penalties associated with your tour /reservation.  Any fees associated with change of date /occupancy /name /schedule will be informed to the guest.

Does fees associated with change of date/occupancy/name/schedule cover the cost to change airline or railway tickets used in the tour?

Fees associated with change of  date /occupancy /name /schedule do NOT cover the cost of change to airline & Railway tickets used in the tour. Cost of airline tickets changes are additional and will be billed back to the guests along with all the bills, which should be settled at least 30 days beforethe tour otherwise the entire tour or portions thereof can be cancelled without giving notice to the guests and the company will not be liable to pay any refunds or liabilities implied or direct to the guest due to lapse in service.

For International tours, how will the foreign currency fluctuation be avoided?

Indicated all prices /rates shown are in Indian Rupees. In certain cases, Vedika Tours and its vendors, contractors, and authorize representatives are paid in local currencies and all rates are quoted in Indian Rupees which get impacted with the foreign exchange fluctuations. Vedika Tours, on request will disclose the exchange rate being used for your tour.

Does Vedika tours reserve the right for currency surcharge?

Yes, the company reserves the right to apply a currency surcharge if needed before accepting the final payment of the tour. Guests may have the option to lock the rates for the tour in such circumstances by paying for the tour in full at the rates valid at the time of payment. Please contact Vedika Tours for details.

Will the price of the tour increase during or after the tour?

No, during or after the tour the price won’t increase. Vedika Tours reserve the complete right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs of tariffs and taxes before quoting and should be taken as a guideline only. Best available airfares will be quoted, applicable at time of booking, based on individual gateways for the complete air itinerary.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, there are various discounts and offers available for limited period depended on the destination and the season you look forward to book your tour.

What documentation do I require while booking any tour?

  • Domestic: Valid, govt. issued photo ID.
  • International: Valid, passport copy, visa/s may be required for some or all of the countries visited on the tour selected. It is guest’s responsibility to ensure all his or her visa and passport requirements are met.

How will I acknowledge if the booking is done?

Acknowledgement of booking will be sent immediately upon completion of a reservation. Final tour documents consisting of detailed tour itinerary, tour vouchers, hotel vouchers, airline electronic ticket (“e-ticket”) copies etc. as applicable will be dispatched electronically or sent through courier /post from vedika tours office approximately 20–15 days before the departure date.

Do I need to pay extra amount for emergency in delivery of the courier?

If documents are required or requested for earlier delivery, and/or for delivery of hard copies of the documents by mail /courier to different State, a fee of Rs.50.00 will be applied to cover extra handling and processing.

Does Vedika tours provide any travel insurance?

Vedika Tours don’t provide any travel insurance, but strongly recommends guests to purchase travel insurance to protect you and your investment in the event of a sudden emergency before or during your trip and coverage for trip cancellation or interruption, illness, injury, and damage, loss or theft of baggage, as well as emergency assistance.  Please contact Vedika Tours for more information.

Is there any need to consult doctor /physician before booking any tour?

Vedika Tours strongly recommend to consultyourpersonal physician. If you have any medical condition or allergy that may affect your trip, to complete a “Medical Waiver” and a medical certificate by your physician must certify that you are fit to travel. Failure to complete and return this waiver to the Vedika Tours may result in cancellation of your tour without a refund. In absence of a waiver, Vedika Tour believes that you are fit to travel.

If I am not keeping good health and asked to leave the tour in the middle, will I get the refund?

Guests are responsible for not keeping good health to undertake the tour. If a guestis asked to leave during the tour, that person will be responsible for charges incurred on account of departure from the tour and/or return to his/her home country. In such case, Vedika Tours will not refund any levies.Further, Vedika Tours will take no further liability or obligation towards that person or third party.

Will I get the Refund, if I cancel or reschedule the tour before or after booking the tickets?

Yes, will get the refund but cancellation charges will be applied according to the date of tour departure.

How is the Cancellation fee charged?

Cancellation will be charged on Total Tour Cost mentioned on Initial Tour Programme.

How many travelers will be there as part of a group tour?

The number of travelers varies depends on the destination. The usual group size for an International tour is between 15-20 guests and that for an Indian tour is between 30 to 40 guests.  However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response, then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size.

Does the Tour Escort assists us entire tour?

Yes, the tour escort will assist you throughout the tour for the group tours. However, they are not responsible for baggage or any kind of personal belongings.

In which language will the Tour Escort communicate with us on tour?

Hindi, Marathi or English are the languages, preferred by the tour Escort to communicate with the guests.

Can I extend my stay while on a group tour?

Yes, you can extend your stay while on a group tour. The extension of stay before or after a tour would incur additional charges informing in advance your travel advisor at the time of booking. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.

Is the tour itinerary prone to last minute changes, as we need to plan our leaves & make necessary arrangements accordingly?

Vedika Tours do not change the itinerary nor date of the tour, however in case of force majeure events, circumstances force us to change the date of the tour, as the case may be, just for your safety. For the special tour the dates might change, according to the response for that particular tour.

Can I join a tour midway or any part of the tours possible?

Partly tours are possible only for selective tours. Any deviations from the planned tour itinerary would incur additional charges. If you wish to do only a part tour or extend your stay before or after a tour, you can check the possibility by informing the travel advisor at the time of booking.

Does the tour itinerary change on tour?

While on tour, the itinerary can change at times due to external circumstances pertaining to the airline, hotel, sightseeing, transport or due to force majeure events. In case of any such changes, guests are notified of the change on tour itself.

What are my options if a tour receives less response?

Vedika Tours operate all the tours that are launched, however in some cases, if the total number of bookings fall below the minimum operating capacity, then you will accommodate or merge your tour with other available tours on your permission.

Can I avail any early booking benefit?

Yes, you can get an advance booking discount. Discounts keep changing according to the destination and duration of the tour and are given on first cum first serve basis. They are valid for limited seats, limited period. So, book early and save thousands.

What benefits can the Repeat Travelers and Senior Citizens expect?

The repeat guest and senior citizen discounts varies as per the tour. The travel advisor will leave you with all the details when you book the tour.

Is there group booking benefits?

Yes, there are group booking discounts available, if you book for a group of more than 15 guests in the limited time period.

Does the children get discount?

Yes, discounts are applicable for all guests who are or below 12 years of age with 25 – 30% discount for both International Tours & Indian tours.

Do I need Overseas Travel insurance?

It is advisable to acquire adequate Overseas Travel Insurance cover for protection from any possible risks such as damage, loss, accident or injury to life etc. on tour.

Are there any night journeys on tour?

For flights and train Journey, Vedika Tours may have night journeys, and night traveling are avoided when traveling by vehicle.

How will be the speed of the tours?

Vedika Tours have a wide range of products which are designed as medium to fast speed as Vedika Tours cover maximum must see sight-seeing, and don’t have optional sight-seeing.

How much do I need to walk on the tours?

One has to walk at sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports, and sometimes for some long distances also, however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Escort.

Do we have to wake up early on tours?

Yes, unless if the distance is comparatively more to travel by road or is an early morning jungle safari, the guests will have to wake up early. Otherwise there is a specified time which Vedika Tours normally follows. For International tours, 6-7-8 is the Time schedule i.e. wake up at 6 am, breakfast at 7 am and departure at 8 am and for Domestic tour, 7-8-9 is the time schedule i.e. wake up at 7 am, breakfast at 8 am and departure at 9 am. However, the schedule may change as per the situation.

Do we get wake-up calls on tours?

Yes, you do get telephonic wakeup call through the hotel automated system, however it is advisable to have your mobile alarms set to be on the safer side.

What if I reach late and miss a part of the tour?

Punctuality is more important when traveling in group. Vedika Tours don’t want their guest to miss any part of the tour so maintain time and always follow the Tour Escort’s instructions. In case, if you miss any part of the tour, Vedika Tours is not responsible/liable and no refund shall be given in any regard.

What assistance is provided to a disabled person or a senior citizen, who needs special assistance on tour?

A qualified companion must accompany the guest who needs such special assistance as individual assistance cannot be given to such guest by the Tour Escort considering he has to manage the entire group. You can also bring your own wheel chair and move at most of the sightseeing places but a qualified companion must accompany the guest who are traveling on wheelchair.

From a particular destination, can my relative join me on the tour?

Yes, your relativesare always welcomed on the tour subject to advance intimation to tour advisor while booking the tour and payment of prescribed charges to make them eligible to join the tour and avail the services.

Does Vedika Tours recommend where to shop during the tour?

Tour Escort during thetour will provide information about the shopping areas during the tour, however s/he will not suggest/recommend /promote any particular shop, area etc. to the guest.

What assistance is provided, if I dis-continue the scheduled tour, on account of illness?

If you fall sick on tour, kindly inform the Tour Escort immediately. The Tour Escort will assist you in making all the arrangements for the medical aid, doctor on call etc. However, the expenses will have to be borne by you. Here, Insurance plays a major role hence Vedika Tours highly recommend to get yourself and your family insured adequately before travel.

What are the documents required to book an International tour?

To book International Tour, you need passport with 6 months validity subsequent to the scheduled departure date of the tour and with sufficient number of blank pages for visa purposes. You also need to pay a registration amount depending on the tour price.

Can I upgrade my class of travel or airline?

Yes, you can upgrade your class of travel or airline as per the availability and on an additional cost. Please inform the same at the time of booking.

With my maiden name reflecting on the passport, can I book the tour with my married name?

It is important that the tour booking should be done as per your name on the passport as all further travel arrangements are booked accordingly and passport is the only valid document abroad for verification.

Can I request for a window seat or seat with more leg space?

You can request for a window seat or seat with more leg space or an aisle seat at the airport check in counter. It will be provided by airline as per the availability.

If I misplace my passport, what assistance will I be provided?

Ideally only 1 Tour Escort is assigned to manage the group and since he has to follow the itinerary, the group will move ahead to the next destination while the guest may have to stay back at your current location - additional services will be charged according to the situation.

Would the airline have provision for a wheelchair?

Yes, airlines have provision but it is limited hence you need to inform Vedika Tours at the time of booking. Few airlines also have certain charges for wheel chair. Wheelchair is subject to availability and at the discretion of the airline.

Can I book my own air tickets and join your tour?

Yes, you can book your own air tickets and then join the first destination. For such tours, you get a special joining and leaving price, who books the escorted group tour of Vedika Tours without taking the services of visa, insurance and main air travel ticket to reach the first destination of the tour and leaves the tour from the last place of Sightseeing / Restaurant / Hotel / Airport to reach his/ her hometown.

Do I need a passport for an International Tours?

Yes, Passport is mandatory for any international travel. Along with Passport Visa immigration is also mandatory for all International Tours.

What is the possibility of getting a VISA?

Granting or Non-Granting of a VISA solely depends on the respective Consulate/ Embassy. Vedika Tours just assist you in filing the application for the VISA but cannot assure or guarantee the VISA to anyone since the same is beyond the control.

If due to VISA rejection I need to cancel my travel plan then do I get a refund?

Yes, you can get a refund after deducting the VISA application fees and cancellation charges, if any.

How much baggage is allowed per ticket?

At present for most of the destinations, standard baggage allowed for Vedika Tours is 15 kg for cargo and 7 kg for handbag per ticket, but it does vary with the airline.

Can I use my credit card for shopping / personal expense while on an International tour?

Yes, you can use an Internationally accepted Credit Cards for shopping and personal expenses but kindly cross check with your Bank before effecting any transaction. Vedika Tours are not responsible/liable for any loss, fraud, damage, cheating etc., if any, occurs in such cases.

How can I stay in touch with my family and friends on an International Tour?

While on tour, you can get in touch with your family and friends through the Whatsapp group. For that the guest needs to provide contact details of their family and relatives active on Whatsapp.

When we are on tour, are our relatives informed about our safety?

Once you reach the first destination, Vedika Tours intimate your relatives through an SMS or by Call on the number that have been provided by the guests while booking the tour.

Will I get drinking water during sight-seeing?

Yes, you will get 1 water bottle daily before departure for the visit, which you can utilize for the day. But if you still require water during sightseeing, then you can refill bottle from the tap water, as in many countries it is considered very safe and widely available.

 

Can I get medicine on an International Tour?

Vedika Tours highly recommend you to carry sufficient medicines along with you on tour. While packing, distribute them evenly in different bags to ensure that you have some medicine with you in case there is any delay in getting baggage or loss. Do you have a cook or caravan facility on International Tours?

No. Vedika Tours do not provide cook or caravan facility. For International Tours, Vedika Tours have meals at Indian restaurants as it gives you an opportunity to enjoy a different ambiance and is comfortable. At times, fresh packed food is also provided depending upon the itinerary.

What type of meals are included on tour?

As per the tour itinerary requirement, there is a preset menu. Vedika Tours serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. International Tours are provided with Modified American Meal plan (Breakfast +Dinner).

Can I request for a special meal?

No special meals will be arranged during International Tours.

I am an avid tea consumer, do you have provision for the same?

You can have tea/coffee at the time of breakfast. Vedika Tours also provides you instant tea/coffee sachets with which you can have tea / coffee in your room whenever you want for an International Tour.

How much foreign exchange can I carry on tour?

As per RBI circular, the Basic Travel Quota per financial year is US $10000 per person for private visit and US $25000 for business visit.

Is it advisable to carry foreign exchange in Cash on tour?

Yes, you can carry foreign exchange in cash on the tour.

Do I need to carry multiple currencies as per different countries visited on the tour?

USD / EURO are universally accepted currencies and easily exchangeable in any part of the world. No need to carry multiple currencies. You can carry the local currency of the visiting country worth $50 for miscellaneous expenses and if in case of emergency.

What sort of costumes can be worn in Dubai?

Most shopping malls in Dubai is allowed to wear clothes that cover your knees and shoulders for both men and women.

Do I need to take any precautions before visiting Mosques in Dubai?

Yes, you should not wear makeup in Dubai inside the mosques. Though, take care that it is not seen and always keep your scarf or light jacket handy, in case, if you are asked to cover up your face or body.

For Domestic Tours identification proof and registration amount is required for detailed information on the booking procedure.

The road journey completely dependents on the tour itinerary and number of places covered. The driving distance varies for each tour. You get sufficient halts during the journey.

When we are on tour, are our relatives informed about our safety?

Once you reach the first destination, Vedika Tours intimate your relatives through an SMS or by Call on the number that have been provided by the guests while booking the tour.

Prior to tour departure is there any information provided?

Yes, Vedika Tours give pre-departure information sheet once you book a tour which consists information about the destination, detailed day wise itinerary, and things to carry.

Do we get any confirmation call of our scheduled departure?

Yes, 2 to 3 days prior of your scheduled departure Vedika Tours give a call to inform the reporting time and place to meet.

After paying once, will I get refund of the tour cost?

In case of cancellation of your tour by the Company, you will get the refund of actual amount paid by you. But if you cancel the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the Cancellation policy:-

If Tour Guest has to cancel the Tour due to any reason  they have to make written application along with booking advance receipt issued by the company & the cancellation will be treated on cancellation charges as follows –

If written application receives 45 or more days before the Tour Date – 10 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour Programmed. If written application receives -

  • Between 31 to 46 days before the Tour Date – 20% of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.
  • Between 30 to 15 days before the Tour Date – 30 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.
  • Between 14 to 04 days before the Tour Date – 60 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.
  •  Between 01 to 03 days before the Tour Date – 80 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.
  • If written application receives on the Tour Date or on Tour – 100 % of Total Tour Cost mentioned on initial Tour programmed.

Can I transfer my Refund amount to any other tour or to my friend or relatives tour?

No, your refund amount is not transferable to any other tour or any relatives.

How much time does it usually take to process a refund?

Ideally, it takes 4 - 5 working days to process refunds, once the guest agrees on refund amount. However, to derive the best amount of refund, it takes additional operational time to deal with airlines, hoteliers etc.

What will be the mode of payment in case of refund?

Ideally, the refund amount is credited using the same mode of payment that you had used to book the tour, the only exception in this case is if you had used Cash/Demand Draft in such case, the mode of payment for refund will be 'Account Payee' cheque only. In case of Credit Card, the transaction would be reversed accordingly, considering the bank charges/Service charges on Credit Card payments which is non-refundable.
